Photography Service Terms and Conditions

I. Pricing and Payment (Financial Transparency)

  • Standard Payment: Full payment (100%) is required at the time of reservation via PayPal to officially secure your date and time slot on the photographer's calendar.

  • Flexible Deposit Option: If requested and agreed upon prior to booking, clients may contact us directly to secure their session with a 30% or 50% deposit. The remaining balance must be settled in full on the day of the shooting (via cash, paypal, or Korean bank transfer).

  • Base Rate: The listed price includes the session fee, entry tickets (e.g., Gyeongbokgung Palace) if applicable, and the standard post-production editing work.

  • Add-on Fees: The base price is strictly for the package limitations. A progressive fee of +30 € per additional person applies to cover extra posing time and editing. Any extra services or additional persons requested after the initial booking will be invoiced separately.

  • Transport Fees: Any transportation costs (taxi, subway, bus) incurred during location changes during the shoot are the sole responsibility of the client.

II. Duration and Punctuality (Time Management)

  • Package Duration: The session will strictly respect the reserved duration:

    • Essential Session: 1 Hour

    • Signature Session: 1.5 Hours

    • Model Profile Session: 2 Hours

  • Punctuality: Any delay on the client's part will be deducted from the total session time. If the client is more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered a No-Show, the booking will be canceled, and no refund will be issued. The photographer cannot extend the session due to subsequent bookings.

  • Logistics: Travel time between spots within the designated area is included in the total session duration.

III. Location and Logistics (Preparation)

  • Essential Session: The shoot takes place in a single location chosen by the client from our three predefined emblematic zones in Seoul.

  • Model Profile Session: The session takes place in an outdoor creative/urban zone (e.g., Seongsu, Hongdae, DDP). Up to 2 outfit changes are allowed. If an indoor rental studio is requested, the booking and studio fees are at the client's expense.

  • Signature Session: Maximum flexibility. The client can choose between an optimized itinerary proposed by the photographer or a custom location of their choice within the city limits of Seoul.

IV. Delivery and Post-Production (Clear Expectations)

  • Photo Quality & Format: Photos are delivered in high-resolution digital format (JPEG). Raw files (RAW) are strictly never provided.

  • Base Editing Delivery (48 Hours): Standard edited photos (light and color correction) are delivered via a secure link within 48 hours after the shoot:

    • Essential Session: 25 photos

    • Model Profile Session: 30 photos

    • Signature Session: 35 photos

  • Premium Retouching:

    • Essential Session: No detailed retouching included.

    • Model Profile Session: Includes 5 high-end retouched images selected by the photographer.

    • Signature Session: Includes 8 high-end retouched images selected by the photographer.

    • Note: Premium retouching (skin, face, and detail correction) takes an additional 3 to 4 business days after the delivery of the base photos.

V. Weather, Cancellation & Refunds

  • Weather Conditions: Shoots are maintained in case of light rain. In the event of severe weather (typhoons, heavy storm), we will offer to reschedule to an available slot or find an indoor alternative. If no solution can be found, a full refund will be issued. No refunds are given for simple overcast or light rain.

  • Client Cancellation & No-Shows: Because your booking blocks the photographer’s calendar, cancellations are subject to the following rules:

    • Cancellations made more than 4 days before the scheduled shoot: 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded (or any deposit paid will be kept as a cancellation fee).

    • Cancellations made less than 4 days before the shoot, or No-Shows: Non-refundable.

    • Rescheduling is allowed free of charge if requested at least 2 days before the shoot (subject to availability).

VI. Privacy & Image Rights

  • Data Protection: We only collect personal data (Name, Email, Phone number) necessary to process your booking and communication. Your data will never be shared with third parties.

  • Intellectual Property: The photographer retains the copyright of all images. Photos may be used for portfolio or social media promotion unless the client explicitly requests otherwise before the session.
