Photography Service Terms and Conditions

I. Pricing and Payment (Financial Transparency)

• Base Rate: The price listed is for the base package (The Essential or Signature Session), which includes the session fees, entry tickets (e.g., Gyeongbokgung Palace) if necessary, photos, and editing fees.

• Transport Fees: Transport fees (bus, taxi, subway) for changing location are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the client.

• Add-on Fees: The price increases progressively for each additional person (adult and child) to cover the extra posing time and post-production work.

• Payment: Full payment is made via Paypal at the time of reservation.

II. Duration and Punctuality (Time Management)

• Package Duration: Strictly respect the reserved duration (1.5 hours for The Essential, 2 hours for Signature Session).

• Punctuality: Any delay on your part will be deducted from the total session time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered canceled, and no refund will be issued, as the photographer's time and availability were reserved for this period. The photographer cannot extend the session.

• Locations: Travel time between locations is included in the total session duration.

III. Location and Logistics (Preparation)

• The Essential Package: The session is made in a single location chosen by the client, selected from three predefined emblematic locations in Seoul.

• Signature Session Package: You benefit from maximum flexibility.

  You have the choice:

  • Optimized Itinerary Option: Choose your location from the four predefined emblematic locations selected by the photographer (optimized time management).

  • Custom Location Option: Specify a location of your choice for the shoot, within the city limits of Seoul. This may include palaces authorized for photography, specific neighborhoods, or emblematic K-drama locations. We will help you define the itinerary and time based on your chosen location and the allotted time (2 hours).

IV. Delivery and Post-Production (Clear Expectations)

• Quality of Photos: Delivered photos are in high-resolution digital format (JPEG).

  Raw files (RAW) are never provided.

• Deadline for Base Photos (Color/Light Correction):

  • The Essential: Guaranteed delivery of 30 photos within 48 hours after the end of the shoot.

  • Signature Session: Guaranteed delivery of 50 photos within 48 hours after the end of the shoot.

• Premium Retouching:

  • The Essential Package: No detailed retouching (Skin, body, background etc.) is included.

  • Signature Session Package: 8 photos with detailed retouches chosen by the photographer are included. The delivery time for retouches begins AFTER the client receives the 50 base photos. Please allow us an additional 3 to 4 business days for this work.

V. Conditions and Cancellation

• Weather: The shooting is maintained even in case of light rain. In case of severe weather (typhoon, heavy rain), we will propose to postpone the session to an available date or find an indoor alternative, or will be refunded. No refund will be made for simple light rain.

• Cancellation: The platform's (Viator) standard cancellation conditions apply.
